The warning message is harmless and will be fixed in a future driver release, see also this thread: UBSAN: array-index-out-of-bounds complaints in newer kernels
As for the system not waking up you might want to use sudo prime-select nvidia to set the Laptop into performance mode, or check that nvidia-persistenced is up and running, which might not be the case, looking at your output of nvidia-smi
@KHTeh sorry for the delay, but I am still missing information.
Does this happen on every boot?
Is it a new occurrence or did it work at some point?
Does it happen if you don’t have external monitors connected to your laptop?
First things to try are the same as what I wrote above. Then make sure you have a working Xorg configuration especially when connecting external displays.
