NVIDIA GAME READY 471.41 WHQL not support SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 FIRMWARE 1012.1 HDR MODE
Since 470.76 WHQL to 471.41 WHQL Look like NVIDIA DCH DRIVER had problem a lot on HDR MODE. I’d report since 470.76 WHQL to 471.41 WHQL didn’t find anything fixing these yet.
The SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 now update 1012.1 FIRMWARE DATE 2021/07/14 from SAMSUNG support page.
Please advise to fixing these. I think It was abnormal.
470.25 WHQL was the lastest driver that can enable HDR mode on Windows 11. ( and Windows 10 )
**Did NVIDIA driver team forgot to add SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 Monitor profile on ** 470.76 / 471.11 / 471.22 and also 471.41 WHQL?

I see. But 466.77 driver was WDDM 2.7 level.
471.41 driver was WDDM 3.0 level which designed for Windows 11.
The 470.25 driver was WDDM 3.0 that allows G9 users to enjoy HDR on Windows 11. But it was stuttering when you running most blockbusters games such as Shadow of Tomb Raider once.
470.76 to 471.41 driver running smoothly but not
let’s anyone to enable HDR on G9 even with lastest firmware 1012.1 date 2021 July 14.
I guess it was missing G9 monitor profile for HDR support.
I have the same issue. HDR on the Samsung G9 no longer works with the newest drivers. It only works until 470.25 WHQL,after that it doesn’t. NVIDIA PLEASE HELP OUT the community of G9 owners!!!
I am sending this message again with a request for NVIDIA to fix this issue for G9 owners. HDR still not working on latest Nvidia Driver, 471.41. Please fix this!!!
