Nvidia Jetson Xavier NX Bluetooth connection issue

Hi Team,
We are trying to connect Xavier NX BT with a remote BT device. But as soon as the device gets connected, it disconnects just after that i.e. connection does not persist. I have tried the connection with multiple devices like my Linux laptop, cell phone, etc.

We checked BT on the system GUI. Only pairing is happening, connection is not maintained. The device is able to send files to paired devices without establishing connection between the paired devices. There is no active BT connection so only sending is successful, receiving is not working.

We are testing this with the default SD card image (no changes are done from our side).

We are not able to resolve the issue, kindly help.

Please try using below tools:

I have installed blueman obexftp, but still not able to connect to remote BT devices.
I checked the logs and it is it because of a2dp source profile. I am attaching the logs below.

Yes, i am able to pair devkit with any remote BT devices. But not able to connect it. Everytime it get connected for 2 seconds and then disconnects.

Over GUI connection is also not established, but able to send files from NV devkit to linux laptop or android mobile phones and not able to receive file from linux laptop or android phones to NV devkit. This happens while both devices are paired not connected.

Hi,

I have already checked this link and tried its steps, but still doesn’t able to resolve that issue. When i am trying BT connection with SD image (downloaded from Nvidia site) it works fine. But when i try BT connection with sdk build image, this error occurs.
