Jetson nx bluetooth problem

I can’t use bluetooth on nx. I just install the 4.6 system.
I can’t turn on the off button. it’s grey. thank you for your reply!!!. I want to use bluetooth!

How is the result from rfkill command ? Do you see anything got blocked?
