Just making sure it was just a miss, instead of an actual bigger problem. In all driver changelog from 515 and up to 523 Beta, there is no mention about support for the RTX 4090. Is this a typo that was forgotten or that the full driver does not yet exist?
For example, if we check the following links, there is no mention of it:
