why did you sell hardware with no driver for it? can anybody tell when drivers will be ready?

According to the readme the 535.43.02 driver supports the 4060ti
https://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86_64/535.43.02/README/supportedchips.html

If Ubuntu hasn’t packaged that version yet there are instructions on Manually installing it here

Alternatively you should be able to install it via this PPA
