if there is no monitor connected to the Nvidia card and only connected to the integrated GPU, Ubuntu 20.04 boot to GUI.

-I have Nivida-driver 440.100 installed and ubutnu setting tell that there is two TU102 [titan rtx]

Hello,
from what I read that far at this board, the “RmInitAdapter failed” message points to hardware failure.
Does a single card work?
Is the motherboard bios up to date?
Is your power supply strong enough?
Please try different PCI slots with single cards.
If the problem is on every slot with every card, the bios is up to date and the power supply is sufficient, I’d say they are faulty.
