I am asking this topic only by interest, because we have some stability issues with our Grid vGPU Tesla M10 cards.
Long ago we got from NVIDIA support a package to flash our cards, but in this special case we didn´t. Is it logical to deal with flashing the firmware in such cases. And how can we get current flash tools and firmware images, if there are any)

There is no flash option available. This is not necessary. If there would be a hardware related issue, we would provide such an option.
