Anyone know a way to upgrade the firmware on a k2 card ? I don’t see any firmware version downloads on the nvidia website… so wasn’t sure if it was possible.

Firmware updates are posted on the website of the OEM you purchased the card from.
Some, e.g. HP, requires a specific firmware and cannot use the generic version. So to avoid issues we only make them available via the relevant OEM.
However, the firmware has not changed since Nov 2013 for the passive cards, so unless you have a very old card you don’t need to change the firmware.
