NVMe SSD write speed is too low in Jetson Orin nano module

Hi,
In My design, I use PCIe2 as NVMe SSD interface, and this SSD is boot disk. It’s the only storage in my board. But when I measure NVMe read/write speed, the write speed is too low. My design is follow EVM board. Could you help to increase NVMe performance? In HW SI measurement, It’s pass SI compliance test.

  • “PCIE2, x2 (Orin UPHY2 Lanes 1:0]), C7”: PCIe Gen3 x2
  • M.2 M-Key NVMe SSD
  • Average read rate is 803MB/s: it’s ok for my applicatin.
  • Average write rate is 98.3MB/s. It’s worse.
