After installing the new Nvidia driver, this message appears in the log.

It’s the usual driver message when loading. No error.

Yes, I know, but now the message is displayed as an error and under dmesg the message is suddenly highlighted in red.

Indeed, dmesg -x reports it in facility “err”. Minor bug, I guess.

Update to 545.29.06-1 under the error still exists…

I don’t know how to solve it.

It shouldn’t be. This needs to be fixed as it presents itself as something wrong while diagnosing host issues.
