Opengl tearing vs. stuttering

We have an opengl dual-display application running on Tx2 4G, R32.2.
In order to playback video smoothly,
we set Option “TripleBuffer” “true” in xorg.conf;

In order to avoid tearing, we set
Option “ForceFullCompositionPipeline” “on” in xorg.conf.
Then the live video playback becomes stuttering;

The playback is smooth if we remove the latter option, leaving only TripleBuffer on. But tearing is seen.
How can we get both tearing and stuttering bugs removed?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
