[Orin NANO 8G]HDMI blank when resume

Hi NV,
we encounter a HDMI blank issue,
when device is suspending and kernel log show “DCE RM Suspend rmStatus:0x0”,
trigger interrupt continually, for example: move mouse continually,
HDMI is very easy to be blank when resume, and backtrace show lots of error,
it’s related with GPU, hit rate is about 20%,
we test on “Jetson Orin Nano 8G Super Developer Kit”, also can reproduce, log as attachment,
os version is “L4T R36.4.3/JetPack 6.2”

this issue is the same with follow issue we filed, but no more response and was closed by NV,

HDMI resume black screen is a known issue. This shall be fixed in rel-36.5 release in future.
