Orin not connected to the display VNC exception

Hello, NVIDIA engineers:
I’m using Orin’s remote desktop feature and I refer to some posts configured as follows:

Settings -> Sharing -> Screen Sharing -> set 'Active'

I’ve been testing and found that if I don’t connect a monitor to Orin, the PC’s VNC remote desktop will only display an NVIDIA logo.
After Orin is connected to the monitor, the PC’s VNC remote desktop can work properly.
Do I need to configure anything?

Hi,
The steps are listed in:
VNC without display - #4 by carolyuu

Is it fine to connect to a display? It would need a set of EDID for the setup.

hello,
Connecting to the display is possible for VNC.
But we need to do VNC without the display, previously Xavier was able to do VNC without the display.
I would like to know why orin can’t do VNC without display.

Hi,
Please try this:
Jetson Orin No monitor, VNC only splash screen until monitor connected - #6 by Brian.He

See if installing xserver-xorg-video-dummy helps in the no display condition.

Hi, I referenced the method in the link. The problem still exists.

It doesn’t work without display remote desktop connected.
Connecting display remote desktop works.

:Enabling automatic login
sudo vi /etc/gdm3/custom.conf

AutomaticLoginEnable = true
AutomaticLogin = nvidia

The same as before, are stuck in the following screen can not enter the desktop.
Only after connecting the display can I enter the desktop
