1.How to set up the Pegasus system in an E-vehicle? Any quick-start document available for setting it up?
2.How to connect Vehicle IO with the actual vehicle controls (Like brakes, accelerator, etc.)?

We don’t have such a document. What’s the problem you see?

It depends on the interface of the DBW system you’re using. If it’s CAN, you need to connect it to the cable harness.
