Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am trying to generate an API key on NVIDIA NIM (build.nvidia.com) to access the DeepSeek-V3.1 model, but I am stuck at the phone number verification step.
Each time I try to verify my phone number, I immediately receive the error: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
This is happening on my very first attempt to use NVIDIA NIM. I have tried two different Indian phone numbers and both give the same error on the very first attempt — no OTP SMS was ever sent to either number.
My account details:
- Registered Email: sanjey8105@gmail.com
- Phone Numbers Tried: +91 9632809689 and +91 9600659356
- Region: India (+91)
I believe this is a system-level false positive for Indian (+91) numbers, similar to issues reported by other users with +86 numbers.
Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my phone number so I can generate an API key? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
