Phone verification limit exceeded error (Cannot generate API key)

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, but I am unable to verify my phone number. As soon as I entered my number, I received the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

I have never received an SMS, and this was my first attempt. It seems to be a system issue with the SMS gateway for my country code (+82, South Korea).

Could you please help me manually verify my account or remove the restriction so I can use the API?
