Pixhawk and Jetson Orin Nano USB Connection Problem

I’m trying to make a USB connection between Pixhawk and Jetson Orin nano 8GB.
When I first connected it, /dev/ttyACM0 was well recognized and connected well, but at some point ls /dev/ttyACM0 is not recognized.
When lsusb, it can recognize USB, but there is no ttyACM0 so I can’t control the drone. What should I do?

Hi rkddnr4618,

Are you using AGX Orin or Orin Nano?
With devkit or custom carrier board?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Could you share the block diagram of your connection from Jetson to Pixhawk?
Is it from USB port or UART interface on Jetson?
