Problem using a bluetooth speaker in Jetson TX2

Hello, I’ve been trying to use a Thump 808 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with the TX2 and I cannot hear anything in the speaker. The first problem was that the device connected and then disconnected immediately. I solved that problem reading some posts, and then another problem showed up. The sound settings show the speaker, but I cannot hear anything, even trying ‘Test Sound’ in the settings.

I would like to get some help regarding how to get my speaker to work. I hope you can help me …
