Pstore tool doesn't work on Orin nx

Dear nvidia team:
I tried to use the pstore tool to get crash log on our customer carrier board.But there is nothing happen by following the steps below:
#echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger
#ls /sys/fs/pstore
As you can see, I checked and found there is no crash log.What’s the reason?How to fix it?
I also had a try on agx orin customer carrier board and found it was OK. What’s the difference ?

This would need other users to share experience. Probably certain configs has to be enabled and rebuild kernel.

Not all architectures support the same sysrq features, but most all configure for a subset as a default. What do you see from:

cat /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq
grep 'kernel.sysrq' /etc/sysctl.conf
