Quadro RTX6000 Passthrough on ESXi 7.03 not working in VM

I installed nVidia RTX6000 cards in Dell R740 systems which are running ESXi7.0 update 3o. The cards are in Passthrough mode. Cards are recognized after having the settings right for passthrough. I’ve added config parameters in my VM: pciPassthru.use64bitMMIO=TRUE ; pciPassthru.64bitMMIOSizeGB=64 ; hypervisor.cpuid.v0=FALSE. After starting up the VM I installed the nVidia driver 551.70, the RTX6000 is installed and working properly. But running the RTX desktop manager is giving an error it cannot run with the message of minimum system requirements. nVidia Control Panel is also not showing the options for the RTX6000. Running DXDIAG is showing it’s using the VMware SVGA 3D Adapter. looks like the RTX6000 is installed properly, but not being used by windows. I’m using WIN 10 21H2. I already tried other nVidia drivers as well, no luck. Anybody any idea what could cause this issue ??? Or what needs to be set in place to make it work ??? THX in advance
