Question About iPhone Access to Aerial

Hi Aerial Team,

I would like to ask how to configure an iPhone to connect to the Aerial network.

Our Android phones can connect very stably. However, when we use the same SIM card in an iPhone, it cannot connect to the network, even though the APN configuration is correct.

Currently, we are using an iPhone 14 Pro.

Could you please advise how the iPhone should be configured to access the Aerial network?

Hi Xudong,

We didn’t test Iphone on our setup, but heard there are other developers tested with iphone successfully.
can you share, for your case, at which step the UE connection failed? was the iphone a unlocked phone?
