I have questions about the Jetson Thor Devkit carrier board design files.
Q1: It appears that the Jetson Thor Devkit carrier board design files were updated on April 30, but files such as P4071_A02_OrCAD_schematic_design_files (base_version) and P4071_A02_OrCAD_schematics (base_version).pdf seem to be missing. Could you please let me know how I can obtain these files?
Q2: There are many differences between the schematics shown in P4071_A02_OrCAD_schematics(base_version).pdf and P4071_A02_Concept_schematics.pdf.
Which schematic should I use as a reference for my design?
When will the OrCAD files for the Jetson Thor Devkit be released? We need to fix our carrier board design by the end of this month, so we need these files as soon as possible.
I also have an additional question regarding P4071_A02_Concept_schematic.pdf.
The AON7140 (Q180, Q181, Q189, Q202, Q203) and AONR66406 (Q182) listed in this schematic are N-channel 8-pin MOSFET, but they are shown as 5-pin devices in the schematic, so it appears the symbol information is incorrect. Could you please provide the correct design drawings and schematic?
Q3:The Jetson Thor Developer Kit Carrier Board Design Files were updated on April 30. Could you please provide a document listing the changes from the previously released version?
Regarding the release of OrCAD design files and change list, we will check with the internal team and get back to you.
Regarding the MOSFET symbol, the device package has 8 pins, but pins 5 through 8 are internally connected to the same Drain plane, as shown in the bottom view of the datasheet.
Therefore, the schematic symbol represents pins 5-8 as a single Drain node, using pin 5 as the representative pin.
