Real diference between Jetpack and Ubuntu OS

Hi, i have working a few months with Nvidia tools, but i don’t know the diference if i use Jetpack or Ubuntu because the both sistem are based in linux, what’s the feateures on jetson that make better or worst, the compatybilite?

Are you talking about the upstream Ubuntu versus the OS in Jetpack?

If so, then the OS in Jetpack has the dedicated driver to Jetson.
