Regarding change of email address needed

Hello support,

I need to change email ID. I gone through post “Instructions for changing your email addres” but couldn’t change the email ID. After clicking change email ID, it logs out & comes to account login page. So now not sure what shall I do, if I insert new email ID in login it shows incorrect email.

Could you please elaborate about steps to follow after I log out when clicking change email ID?

Please follow the steps below to change your email.

After clicking Change email, you will be prompted to log in again using the same credentials before seeing the option to change your email.
