Regarding How to setup ROCE v2 in my ConnectX-6 NIC - BEGINNER

Greetings,

I am trying to enable ipsec offload over rocev2 using a connectX-6 NIC. I am using 2 nodes from the CloudLab. I have installed the OFED driver , MLNX_OFED_LINUX-5.8-3.0.7.0-ubuntu22.04-x86_64.tgz in my nodes. I have attached a screenshot of the ibv devices available so far. It would be great if someone can guide me on how I can check if rocev2 is already enabled in my NIC or how can I enable it. I am not able to find a proper documentation on it for Linux based systems. I am using a MacOs by the way. Thank you

ROCEv2 support default by NV HCA, no need configure manually.

How can I check if I am using the rocev2 mode? I understand that we do not need to configure anything manually. But do I need to switch it on from my side in the NIC?

When your code design using GID IDX 3 then it will be ROCEv2, it is base on code.
