Request for compatible Camera, Wi-Fi/BT and NVMe modules for P3768-A04 Jetson Orin NX Carrier Board

Hello NVIDIA Team,

We are developing a custom carrier board based on the P3768-A04 Jetson Orin NX Carrier Board Concept Schematic.

For initial hardware validation, I would like to use the same modules (or equivalent compatible modules) as those supported on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX Developer Kit.

Could you please recommend compatible modules for the following connectors?. Schematic Pages are attached FYR.

I am not requesting the complete BOM. I am only looking for compatible modules that are known to work with the Jetson Orin NX Developer Kit.

  • NVIDIA-recommended compatible alternatives.

Preference is for:

  • Cost-effective modules
  • Commercially available parts
  • Modules with verified JetPack compatibility

For initial validation on a P3768-derived carrier, a good known-working starting point is to use the same class of modules supported with the P3768 reference carrier used with Jetson Orin NX / Orin Nano.

Recommended options:

  • J20/J21 (CSI camera): IMX219 or IMX477 camera modules
  • J10 (M.2 Key-E Wi-Fi/BT): Azurewave RTL8822CE-based module, such as the Azurewave custom module or AW-CB375NF
  • J11/J24 (M.2 Key-M): use a standard NVMe SSD matching the connector form factor

If your priority is low cost and JetPack compatibility, IMX219 + Azurewave RTL8822CE-based Wi-Fi/BT + a mainstream NVMe SSD is a conservative bring-up combination.
