Thanks for your response. We are doing Functional safety analysis for each component in the design from the customer. The parts were chosen for the design completely by the customer of ours.
So, to proceed with the analysis of one of your components TA1090SA-A1 (THOR-U SoC) we need the datasheet and Functional Safety documents (which includes FIT rate, Pin FMA, Failure modes & distribution). Also to access them from the manufacturer directly it may require NDA between us.
