The CuDNN can’t be upgraded individuallly. it needs to be upgraed by JetPack with corrosponding libraries and drivers.
At JetPack 4.6, we have CuDNN 8.2.1 which work with CUDA 10.2.
You can upgtade to newer JetPack to get the new version.
