Request RTCPU debug firmware for Jetpack 6.1

Hi,

Tried to search if RTCPU debug firmware for Jetpack 6.1 is available, but could not find it yet. So is it available yet, if not is JP 6.0 debug firmware still usable ? Platform is AGX Orin.

Reason for request is we would like know bit more what happens on RTCPU side as 2 of our cameras start to behave erratic at same time, they are on different CSI ports, but otherwise exactly same. Issue does not happen on JP 5.1.3 but with JP 6.1 issue is seen.
