Resident Evil 4 Remake Fatal D3D ERROR

Hi! I have this error, can anybody help me with this?
My system:
Ryzen 7 7700
RTX 5070
Windows 10
I tried with older drivers like the 576.02, it was playable but had many visual bugs (missing textures) and then tried with the 576.28, it was fine until i started having black screens flashes, then moved up to 576.40 and it worked just fine until i started having that FATAL D3D ERROR, ofc i tried with the newest driver 576.52, wich also gave me that error all the time.

Hey, I’m facing the exact same issue.
My system:

  • Intel i5-12400F
  • RTX 4060
  • 16GB DDR5 4800MHz
  • Windows 11 (up to date)
  • NVIDIA Driver: 576.52 (latest)

I’ve been playing RE4 Remake since release — never had this error before, including back in January 2025 when I played it last. But after returning in June with the latest drivers, I’m constantly getting this DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (0x887A0006) crash.

Tried everything — RT off, verified files, reinstalled the game, clean boot, VRAM checks, virtual memory tuning, and even a full BIOS update. The only thing left is driver rollback, which I’m going to try next. Looks like this issue popped up for multiple users after recent driver updates.
