I am now brushing version 36.3 on our custom board, and the nvidia logo has been rebooting since it appeared. The module is agx orin 32G
The serial port log is in the appendix, please help me to see what the problem is.

You should clarify what is customized on your board and if you configured anything in the device tree got changed to match your board hardware.
The timeout error looks related to display. Is it in use on your board?

I did modify some device tree on my carrier board to match my hardware, but there was no problem with the version of flash in the past, but this version cannot be started this time, and I have never seen the log content, so I would like to ask what caused it

Something flashed and worked on rel-35 didn’t always mean it could directly work on rel-36.
I mean even the software method could be changed.
Could you disable HDMI and see if that make your system at least able to boot?
