Main Issue:
I’ve encountered an issue: I installed two RTX 4090 GPUs on a Supermicro C9X299-RPGF-L motherboard, but I’ve noticed that the fans on the 4090s cannot be controlled intelligently—they always run at 100% speed. How can I fix this? I’ve already tried many solutions; is there a suitable approach available?
