I installed 590.48.01 and I can at least now set the Monitor 5120x2180@165 via HDMI. This was previously impossible. I do get the Artifacts I face with using DP now. (see video Flickering, graphics corruption, and loss of signal with Nvidia 4090 and 5K2K screen (LG 45GX950A-B.AUS) - #30 by YetAnotherUsername)
Best working setup for now is still HDMI@100hz
