RTX4090 black screen, forced to use external screen to see something

Hello everyone, i have an asus laptop ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2023) G834 (SCAR18-G834JY-N6007W) with an Intel integrated gpu + an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU and dualboot windows 11 with fedora 38.

Since i have installed the NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-535.54.03 (everything successfull) from the nvidia website with secureboot disabled, when i choose the new entry in grub, i have a black screen on the integrated screen.
I am forced to use an external screen in order to use the laptop.
It is like the integrated gpu is disabled so the integrated screen is also disabled.

How can i fix it pls?

The post Nvidia drivers dual screen Debian 12 - #2 by nael.embarki34 helped me:

  • init 3
  • sudo nvidia-xconfig --prime
  • sudo yum install xrandr
  • reboot
  • xrandr --setprovideroutputsource modesetting NVIDIA-0
  • xrandr --auto

Now i have dual screen working
