Samples missing for cuDNN 7.6.5 debian file installation

Hello,

today I installed cuDNN 7.6.5 on my Ubuntu 18.04 machine. I was following this manual: https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/sdk/cudnn-install/index.html#install-linux

However, in step “2.4. Verifying The cuDNN Install On Linux” it is written to “compile the mnistCUDNN sample located in the /usr/src/cudnn_samples_v7 directory in the debian file”. But neither within the debian file, nor in the suggested folder are any samples provided. The mentioned path does not even exist.

Where do I get the samples from to verify my installation?

Nevermind.

I forgot to download the samples. They are contained in another debian file on the download page (Code Samples and User Guide).
