SCF timeout error

Can I get libnvscf.so file for r35.6 as provided in this link?

I am using imx477 camera with orin nx (JP 5.1.4). But it is giving SCF timeout error as mentioned in attached log.

I don’t think IMX477 need the infinite timeout lib.
Do you confirm the IMX477 HW or driver by v4l2-ctl?

No. Only one imx477 camera is there. Sometimes streaming works on it and sometimes it gives error as mentioned in the log.

I replaced these two files in /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/tegra/, rebooted my SOM and when i tried this pipeline, even after mentioning 60fps, it gave only around 20fps and then failed as below :
