I was trying Fedora budgie rawhide and I’ve noticed that when I was scrolling Discover and Dolphin with the mesa drivers, the scroll was super smooth and felt 144hz (the refresh rate of my monitor), then I’ve installed the 595 driver and I instantly saw that change, now scrolling in Discover and Dolphin feels like it’s locked at 30/60hz and not 144hz like before.
