SDMMC3 Card Detect disable

Our custom board does not used the card detect signal for the sdmmc3（SD Card).
Therefor, the SD card is not detected by NX.
Is it possible to disable the card detect signal ?
Is this the device driver issue?

It is ok not to use card detect from HW side, but not sure how to detect card in other way, we’re investigating now.
