SMD is Corrupt in Xavier NX, Bootloader Utilities Segmentation Fault Upon Use

As the title states, the primary SMD in my Xavier is corrupt, whenever I try to run an nvbootctrl command or an nv_update_engine command the output is as follows

x2@x2:~$ sudo nvbootctrl dump-slots-info
[sudo] password for x2:
primary SMD is corrupted!
Segmentation fault
x2@x2:~$ sudo nv_update_engine -v
Nvidia A/B-Redundancy Update tool Version 2.0
primary SMD is corrupted!
Segmentation fault

Is there any way for me to reflash the SMD from the command line? I would prefer to keep the Xavier in its enviroment and repair it remotely. What do I need to do to reflash the SMD?

Thanks

Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to reflash the SMD from the command line?

Try to run OTA upgrade on your device and it will re-flash the necessary bootloader to it.
