Please upgrade to Jetpack 6.1 and check if the issue is present. Certain issues are discovered and fixed in later releases. It would be great if you can upgrade.
Some update that it seems LAN7800 has some issue there that needs to add usb quirk.
Please put this in kernel cmdline (/boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf)
