Tegra k1 board is not booting.

Hi,

One of the tegra k1 reference boards that I am testing is not booting.

It hangs once powered on and after the message "

Serial: 8250/16550 driver, 4 ports, IRQ sharing disabled.
serial8250.0: ttyS0 at MMIO 0x700006300 (irq = 122) is a Tegra.

What might be the reason for the same.

Is this from serial console? What occurs right after this is HDMI port probing and HDMI setup for setting up console login ability. You might want to try boot with and without the HDMI monitor. In the case of “with” you might try unplug and re-plug of HDMI, or leaving HDMI completely unconnected up till this point and only then plugging in the HDMI.
