I’m looking for some guidance here. I’ve been playing with some of the huggingface releases and am wanting to build out a first machine to run some of the models more efficiently.
I have been reading a bit, and wanted to confirm what I’m building out.
I’m going to be using an intel i5 13500 as my system, with 32GB memory, and wanted to throw 2 of the Tesla k80s on there (24GB) versions.
For the operating system, what is the best version of ubuntu? Should I use 18.04?
Also, is there a really good ‘getting started guide’ for this kind of thing? I know I’m late to the game, but I’m a quick study. Thanks!
