How foreign forum is so cold, the staff here are not?
(1) You are not making an announcement, so you posted to the wrong sub-forum.
(2) Which driver? There are a number of them: CUDA, DirectX, OpenGL, NVENC, …
(3) This site is not designed as a bug reporting venue. It is provided as a platform for a community forum (“users helping users”). As far as I know, no NVIDIA staff are assigned to monitor it and any contributions by NVIDIA employees are strictly voluntary, based on their personal interests.
