Thermal grease forJAO 64GB's official Heatsink

Hi

I bought the JAO 64GB with official heatsink with FAN, but we did some experiment having to remove heatsink from JAO 64GB’s SOM. Now, we want to recover it and reapply Thermal grease on it. Would you please help check which thermal grease is used in between JAO 64GB’s SOM and official heatsink with FAN, thanks.

Hi, devkit is for development only and should not be supposed to be handled like that. Those info are not public, for custom thermal design please refer to TDG in DLC.
