Thermal Interface Material or thermal Grease used for Jetson Orin Nano/NX

Hi Nvidia Team,

Considering the thermal interface material or thermal grease on Jetson Orin Nano/NX platform, which type or /part number of thermal grease could be used between the bottom surface of aluminum alloy chassis( with top fins) and the top surface of Nvidia SoC if Fan is removed?

Grease such as ShinEtsu X-23-7762 or better thermal conductivity(>6.0W/mK)? please suggest some, thanks.

We don’t have other suggestion than the info in TDG: Jetson Orin NX Series Thermal Design Guide. Or you can check with vendors in ecosystem for more options.
