Thermal simulation model Flotherm or 6 sigma?

Anybody knows how can I get thermal simulation Flotherm model (pdml file) or 6sigma Model for Orin?

Hope someone has such experience can be shared. Currently, there is Orin TDG in DLC for thermal design reference.
