Hi, is it somehow possible to trigger a frame capture from my C++ source code while in “Graphics debugging”?

I am not sure your meaning? You mean you want to call a API function to make your program enter frame capture of Nsight? I am sorry Nsight don’t provider such API, but I guess you can write your own code to send the short key ‘ctrl-z and space’ to your window and simulate what you do by manual.
