Trouble with sampleUffSSD project

Running convert-to-uff tensorflow --input-file frozen_inference_graph.pb -O NMS -p with the model downloaded from I get the error

it appears to be in the graphdef at the beginning of the from_tensorflow call, but not after it is overwritten with graphdef = dynamic_graph.as_graph_def()
