Trying to trigger two streaming apps simultaneously on the same pc

Work Flow: Triggering two streaming apps in different containers
Main Issue: Second app does not connect
Reproduction Steps:
Error Code: [carb.livestream-rtc.plugin] onClientEventRaised: NVST_CCE_DISCONNECTED when m_connectionCount 0 != 1

I need help to set up all connecting, signaling and streaming ports correctly to get both apps working in parallel.
